Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Marshall Scholarships Order 1990 and shall come into force on 31st May 1990.

Section 2

Section 1 of the Marshall Aid Commemoration Act 1953 shall have effect with the substitution for the reference to thirty scholarships of a reference to forty scholarships.
