Section 1

The City of Westminster (Ladbroke Grove Canal Bridge Widening and Harrow Road Junction Improvement) Scheme 1988 is hereby confirmed with modification.

Section 2

The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as“the Scheme”) is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme withits accompanying plan are deposited at the offices of the Department ofTransport, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY and at the offices of theCouncil of the City of Westminster, One-Stop Services, First Floor,Westminster City Hall, Victoria Street, London SW1 and at 313 HarrowRoad, London W9.

Section 3

The Scheme will become operative on the date onwhich notice that it has been confirmed is first published in accordancewith paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.

Section 4

This Instrument may be cited as the City of Westminster (Ladbroke Grove Canal Bridge Widening and Harrow Road Junction Improvement) Scheme 1988 Confirmation Instrument 1991.
