Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Community Charge(Reductions) (England) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1991 and shallcome into force on 25th April 1991.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations

Regulation 13 (eligible persons and available reductions) of thePersonal Community Charge (Reductions) (England) Regulations 1991 is amended, in paragraph (1), by the insertion after thewords“regulation 7(1)(a)” of the words“and (b)”.
