Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Variation of Leave)(No.2) Order 1991 and shall come into force on the day after the day onwhich it is made.

Section 2

The condition imposed by article 2 of the Immigration (Variation ofLeave) Order 1991 is hereby removed.
