Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 30th April 1991.

(2) In these Regulations, “ the Act ” means the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986.

Section 2

For the yearly sum of £2,645 specified in section 17(2)(a) of the Act , there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £2,860.

Section 3

Regulation 4 of the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1990 is hereby revoked.
