Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Data Protection (Fees)Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st June 1991.

The Data Protection (Fees) Regulations 1991
Section 2
The fee payable under section 6(7) of the Data Protection Act 1984on an application for registration and under section 8(5) of that Act onan application for the renewal of registration shall be £75.
Section 3
The Data Protection (Fees) Regulations 1988 are hereby revoked.
