Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Scottish LegalServices Ombudsman) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st June1991.

The Superannuation (Scottish Legal Services Ombudsman) Order 1991
Section 2
The office of the Scottish legal services ombudsman is hereby addedto the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972.
Section 3
Employment by the Scottish legal services ombudsman is hereby addedto the employments listed in that Schedule.
