Section 2Commencement of provisions on 31st May 1991
The following provisions of the Water Act 1989 shall come into force in Scotland on 31st May 1991:–
Schedule 23, paragraph 4, so far as relating to section 33 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 , and section
169 so far as it gives effect to that paragraph of that Schedule in relation to the said section 33.
