Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (Commencement No. 20) (Scotland) Order 1991.

Section 2 Commencement of provisions on 31st May 1991

The following provisions of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 shall come into force in Scotland on 31st May 1991:–

Schedule 4 so far as it concerns the repeal of sections 25(1)(c) and (4) and 26(2), (4), (7), (8) and (9) of the Rivers (Prevention of Pollution) (Scotland) Act 1951 and section 108(2) so far as it gives effect to those repeals in that Schedule.
