Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Financial Assistance (UK 2000 Scotland) (Scotland) Order 1991, shall come into force on 11th June 1991 and shall extend to Scotland only.

Section 2

Section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 shall be varied by the addition of the following paragraph:

(o) UK 2000 Scotland.
