Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Blood tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 15th February 1991.

The Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1991
Section 2
For Schedule 2 to the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) Regulations 1971 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
Section 3
The Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) ( No. 2) Regulations 1990 are hereby revoked.
