Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Matrimonial and Family ProceedingsAct 1984 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1991.

Section 1

The following provisions of the Act, relating to England and Wales,have been brought into force by Commencement Orders made before the dateof this Order:—

Section 2

The following provisions of the Matrimonial and Family ProceedingsAct 1984 shall come into force on 14th October 1991:—

(a) sections 40 and 41; and

(b) so much of Schedule 3 as has not already been brought into forceand section 46(3) so far as it relates thereto.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Act relating to Scotland have beenbrought into force by the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984(Commencement No. 3) (Scotland) Order 1986 ( S.I.1986/1226 ):—
