Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the European Economic InterestGrouping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into forceon 1st July 1991.

Section 2
The second column in the Schedule to the European Economic InterestGrouping (Fees) Regulations 1989 is amended as follows:
(a) for the second entry there is substituted the sum of £3.00, and
(b) for the third entry there is substituted the sum of £5.50.
