Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Adopted Children Register (Form of Entry) (Scotland) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st July 1991.

Section 2 Form of entry in the Adopted Children Register

The entry to be made in the Adopted Children Register pursuant to a direction contained in an adoption order shall be in the form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

Section 3 Revocation

The Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Adopted Children Register) (Scotland) Regulations 1975 are hereby revoked.
