Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grants) (Travellers and Displaced Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 22nd February 1991.

Section 2
Paragraph (3) of regulation 7 of the Education (Grants) (Travellers and Displaced Persons) Regulations 1990 shall be amended by the substitution for the words “a payment equal to half” of the words “asuch payment as the Scretary of State may determine but not exceeding three-quarters of”.
