Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Government Trading Act 1990 (Appointed Day) Order 1991.

Section 2

Section 4 of the Government Trading Act 1990 (which relates to the repeal of the Borrowing (Control and Guarantees) Act 1946 ) shall come into force on 11th February 1991.
