Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 3) Revocation Order 1991 and shall come into force on 14th June 1991.

Section 2Revocation

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.3) Order 1991 is hereby revoked.
