The Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1991

Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 15th July 1991.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1991 .

Section 2 Amendment of Regulations

(1) The forms in the Schedule to the principal Regulations are amended in accordance with this regulation.

(2) Underneath the heading “Ffurflen 2” substitute for the heading “Cais am grant adnewyddu” the heading “Cais am grant cyfleusterau i'r anabl”.

(3) At the end of question 3.13 in Form 1 “Application for renovation grant” (cwestiwn 3.13 yn Ffurflen 1 “Cais am grant adnewyddu”) and at the end of question 3.13 in Form 2 “Application for disabled facilities grant” (cwestiwn 3.13 yn Ffurflen 2 “Cais am grant cyfleusterau i'r anabl”), insert the following–

(4) For question 3.38 in Form 1 “Application for renovation grant” (cwestiwn 3.38 yn Ffurflen 1 “Cais am grant adnewyddu”) and in Form 2 “Application for disabled facilities grant” (Ffurflen 2 “Cais am grant cyfleusterau i'r anabl”) substitute–

(5) In note 28 in Form 1 “Application for renovation grant” (nodyn 28 yn Ffurflen 1 “Cais am grant adnewyddu”) and note 28 in Form 2 “Application for disabled facilities grant” (nodyn 28 yn Ffurflen 2 “Cais am grant cyfleusterau i'r anabl”) insert the words “chi neu'ch partner” after the words “os na fuoch” in the first reference thereto.

(6) After note 30 in Form 1 “Application for renovation grant” (nodyn 30 yn Ffurflen 1 “Cais am grant adnewyddu”) and note 30 in Form 2 “Application for disabled facilities grant” (nodyn 30 yn Ffurflen 2 “Cais am grant cyfleusterau i'r anabl”) insert the following as note 30A (nodyn 30A)–

(30A) Atebwch “ydwyf/ydyw” i'r cwestiwn hwn pe bai gennych chi neu'ch partner hawl i gael lwfans gofal analluedd oni bai am fudd-dâl cyffelyb yr ydych yn ei gael (hy budd-dâl anaf, atodiad am nad oes modd eich cyflogi, budd-dâl marwolaeth ddiwydiannol, neu fudd-dâl marwolaeth pensiwn rhyfel, a lwfans hyfforddi).

(7) At the end of question 3.11 in Form 3 “Application for common parts grant” (cwestiwn 3.11 yn Ffurflen 3 “Cais am grant rhannau cyffredin”) insert the following:

(8) For question 3.36 in Form 3 “Application for common parts grant” (cwestiwn 3.36 yn Ffurflen 3 “Cais am grant rhannau cyffredin”) substitute–

(9) In note 26 in Form 3 “Application for common parts grant” (nodyn 26 yn Ffurflen 3 “Cais am grant rhannau cyffredin”) insert the words “chi neu'ch partner” after the words “os na fuoch” in the first sentence.

(10) After note 28 in Form 3 “Application for common parts grant” (nodyn 28 yn Ffurflen 3 “Cais am grant rhannau cyffredin”) insert the following as note 28A (nodyn 28A)–

(28A) Atebwch “ydwyf/ydyw” i'r cwestiwn hwn pe bai gennych chi neu'ch partner hawl i gael lwfans gofal analluedd oni bai am fudd-dâl cyffelyb yr ydych yn ei gael (hy budd-dâl anaf, atodiad am nad oes modd eich cyflogi, budd-dâl marwolaeth ddiwydiannol, neu fudd-dâl marwolaeth pensiwn rhyfel, a lwfans hyfforddi).

(11) In question 2.9 in Form 4 “Application for HMO grant” (cwestiwn 2.9 yn Ffurflen 4 “Cais am grant tŷ mewn Amlddaliadaeth”) where the sentence “(Ewch i 2.12)” appears susbstitute the sentence “(Ewch i 2.11)”.

(12) In question 2.11 in Form 4 “Application for HMO grant” (cwestiwn 2.11 yn Ffurflen 4 “Cais am grant tŷ mewn Amlddaliadaeth”) where the sentence “(Ewch i 2.14)” appears susbstitute the sentence “(Ewch i 2.13)”.

Section 3 Transitional

In respect of any application for a grant made before 15th July 1991 in accordance with the provisions of the principal Regulations the provisions of those Regulations shall apply as if these Regulations had not come into force.
