Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Categorisation of Registries of Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 25th July 1991.

Section 2
The Merchant Shipping (Categorisation of Registries of Overseas Territories) Order 1991 is hereby amended by inserting in the Schedule “Cayman Islands” after “Bermuda” in column 4 of category 1 (Unlimited tonnage and type).
