Section 2Appointed days
The day appointed for the coming into force of section 3 of the Disability Living Allowance and Disability Working Allowance Act 1991 (Disability Living Allowance Advisory Board)—
(a) for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations expressed to come into force on 12th August 1991, is 3rd July 1991; and
(b) for all other purposes, is 12th August 1991.
