Section 1Title and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Seed Potatoes (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 11th July 1991.

Section 2Amendment
For the Schedule to the Seed Potatoes (Fees) Regulations 1990 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Certified Seed Potatoes (CC class) per half-hectare or part thereof
