Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the British Shipbuilders Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 31st July 1991.

Section 2Constitution and proceedings of British Shipbuilders
Section 1(2)(b) of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Act 1977 shall have effect with the substitution of the figure “2” for the figure “7”.
Section 3Constitution and proceedings of British Shipbuilders
In Regulations 5(1) and 8 of the British Shipbuilders Regulations 1977 the words “or six, whichever is the greater number” shall cease to have effect.
