Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 31st July 1991.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order ” means the Town and Country Planning(Use Classes) Order 1987 .

Section 2 Amendment of existing Order

(1) For article 3(6)(c) of the principal Order (exclusions from Use Classes) substitute—

(c) as a launderette,

(2) In Part A of the Schedule to the principal Order (Use Classes), for use (i) in Class A1. Shops substitute—

(i) for the washing or cleaning of clothes or fabrics on the premises,

(j) for the reception of goods to be washed, cleaned or repaired,
