Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

(2) Any form referred to in these Regulations by number means the form so numbered in the Schedule hereto and any reference in these Regulations to the Act is a reference to the Building (Scotland) Act 1959.

Section 2

The forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as the forms of any notice or other document which is required or authorised to be used under or for the purposes of the Act.

Section 3

The Building (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1975 and the Building (Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1981 are hereby revoked.
