Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 15th August 1991.

Section 2Amendment

(1) The Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds Regulations 1985 shall be amended in accordance with the following provision of this regulation.

In paragraph (3) of regulation 3 (interpretation) in the definition of “Commercial Seed” the words “or white mustard” shall be omitted.
