Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller) (Amendment) Rules 1991 and shall come into force on 12th August 1991.

Section 2

The Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller) Rules 1989 are amended by substituting for Schedule 2 thereto the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Rules.
