Section 1Title, extent and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 1991, shall apply to England and Wales and shall come into force 12th August 1991.

Section 2Amendment

For the Schedules to the Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) Order 1988 there shall be substituted the Schedules set out in the Schedule to this Order.
