Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) ( No. 2) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st August 1991.

(2) The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1991 is revoked.

Section 2

For Schedule 1 to the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 there shall be substituted the following–

CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION, THE HAGUE, 25th OCTOBER 1980
