Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Designated Commonwealth Countries) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 22nd August 1991.

Section 2
The countries listed in Schedule 1 to this Order are hereby designated for the purposes of section 1(2) of the Extradition Act 1989.
Section 3
The Orders listed in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby revoked.
