Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Dentists Act 1984 (Dental Auxiliaries) Amendment Order 1991 and shall come into force forthwith.

Section 2 Amendment of section 46 of the Dentists Act 1984

In section 46 of the Dentists Act 1984 (restrictions on employment of dental auxiliaries)—

(a) in subsection (2) the words “in the course of the provision of national health services”; and

(b) subsection (3),

are hereby repealed.
