The Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983 (Commencement) Order 1991
Section 2
The Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983 shall come into force on 2nd October 1991, except that for the purposes of any Order in Council under section 7(2) thereof it shall come into force forthwith.
