Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 25th July 1991.

Section 2

The Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Order 1975 shall be amended in accordance with the following article.

Section 3

In article 5(2)(c) after the words “a vehicle” there shall be inserted the words

in so far as it is not excluded from the charge of duty under the Excise Act by virtue of Council Regulation ( EEC ) No. 4059/89 of 21st December 1989 and
