Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance (Repeals and Consequential Amendments) Order 1991, and shall come into force on 21st August 1991.

Section 2Repeals and consequential amendments

(1) The enactments mentioned in column (1) of Schedule 1 to this Order are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in column (2).
(2) The provisions mentioned in Schedule 2 are hereby amended as so mentioned.
