Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Hearing Aid Council (Disciplinary Proceedings) Legal Assessor (Amendment) Rules 1991 and shall come into force on 2nd September 1991.

Section 2
The Hearing Aid Council (Disciplinary Proceedings) Legal Assessor Rules 1971 are hereby amended in rule 3 by inserting after the words “relating to” the words “the imposition of a penalty upon a person,”.
