Section 1
–
(1) This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 (Commencement and Appointed Day) Order 1991.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

Section 2
The day appointed for the purposes of section 1(3) of the Act shall be 30th November 1991.
Section 3
The provisions of the Act , so far as not already in force, shall come into force on 12th August 1991.
