Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Local and Working Standard Weights and Testing Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 2nd September 1991.

The Weights and Measures (Local and Working Standard Weights and Testing Equipment) Regulations 1986( ) are hereby amended in Schedule 2 by substituting for Table 6 the following Table:
