These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st September 1991.

The Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1991
The Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Regulations 1990 shall be amended in the Schedule thereto as follows:–
(a) in paragraph 1(1) of Part I (Scale of Payments):
for “32 pence” (in both places) substitute “35 pence”;
for “64 pence” substitute “70 pence”;
for paragraph 1(4) of Part I substitute the following:–
(4) In the year commencing 1st April 1991 and in any subsequent year a ship shall not be required to make payments on account of light dues for more than seven voyages in total.
