Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 14th October 1991.

Section 2Divorce county court

(1) For the purposes of section 33(1) of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984, the Weston Super Mare County Court shall be a divorce county court.

(2) The amendment set out in the Schedule to this Order shall be made to the Civil Courts Order 1983 .
