Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Prescribed Countries) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 3rd October 1991.

Section 2

The countries listed in the Schedule to this Order are hereby specified as prescribed countries for the purposes of section 43 of the Broadcasting Act 1990.
