Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Operators' Licences, Qualifications and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on1st October 1991.

Section 2

The Goods Vehicles (Operators' Licences, Qualifications and Fees) Regulations 1984 are hereby amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In regulation 35(1A)–

(a) for the words “on or after 3rd January 1989” there shall be substituted “on or after 1st October 1991”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£60” there shall be substituted “£70”; and

(c) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£5” there shall be substituted “£7”.

Section 4

In regulation 35(1B)–

(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£5” there shall be substituted “£7”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£60” there shall be substituted “£70”.
