Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st October 1991.

Section 2

In regulation 7(3)(d) of the Education (Grant) Regulations 1990 there shall be inserted after the word “institution”, the words “in England”.
