Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Canadian Navigation Services) (Third Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st March 1991.

Section 2

Regulation 4(1) of the Civil Aviation (Canadian Navigation Services) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for the sum of $108.80 Canadian there shall be substituted the sum of $108.15 Canadian;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for the sum of $84.15 Canadian there shall be substituted the sum of $83.65 Canadian;

(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for the sum of $54 Canadian there shall be substituted the sum of $53.68 Canadian.
