Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Telecommunication System Designation (Cable Communications (St Helens and Knowsley) Limited) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 11th March 1991.

Section 2

Each of the Applicable Cabled Systems is hereby dsignated as a public telecommunication system.
