Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Regional and District Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1991 and come into force on 1st October 1991.

Section 2University non-officer members for District Health Authorities

The Regional and District Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990( ) are amended by the substitution in Part I of Schedule 1 for the entry “Bristol and Weston Health Authority” of the entry “Bristol and District Health Authority”.
