The Maintenance Enforcement Act 1991 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1991
Section 2
The following provisions of the Maintenance Enforcement Act 1991 shall come into force on 14th October 1991–
(a) Section 11(1) to the extent necessary to bring into force paragraph 11 of Schedule 2; and
(b) paragraph 11 of Schedule 2.
