Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 7 and No. 10) Orders 1991 Revocation Order 1991 and shall come into force at 10.00 hours on 13th September 1991.

Section 2Revocations

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 7) Order 1991( ) and the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 10) Order 1991( ) are hereby revoked.
