The Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1991
Section 2
The following provisions of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 shall come into force on 23rd September 1991:
Part III (drug trafficking money imported or exported in cash), so far as not already in force;
Section 30(2) (payment of forfeited sums into the Consolidated Fund).
