Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Annual Close Time (River Nairn Salmon Fishery District) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 20th September 1991.

Section 2Period within annual close time for salmon fishing by rod and line
For the River Nairn Salmon Fishery District the period within the annual close time (the dates of which are by virtue of the provisions referred to in section 6(2)(b) of the Salmon Act 1986, 27th August to 24th February) when it is permitted to fish for and take salmon by rod and line is prescribed as the period from 27th August to 7th October, both dates inclusive.
