Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Foreign Satellite Programmes) (Specified Countries) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 3rd October 1991.

Section 2

The countries listed in the Schedule to this Order are specified countries for the purpose of section 79(5) of the Broadcasting Act 1990. Home Office
