Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Assistants for Political Groups) (Remuneration) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 23rd October 1991.

Section 2

The amount specified for the purposes of section 9(3) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (assistants for political groups) is £22,842.

Section 3

The Local Government (Assistants for Political Groups) (Remuneration) Order 1990 is hereby revoked.
